Windstorms hit Putnam Valley |

On Tuesday, April 15th - strong windstorms passed through Putnam Valley, triggering numerous calls for wires down, wire fires and brush fires as well.
PVVFD was dispatched to various locations to extinguish fires, before turning over the scene to NYSEG to work on the down wires.
All members returned to their respective stations without further incent. |
